Michael Costa is a Philadelphia-born tattoo artist who completed his apprenticeship in 1996. 

He specializes in (but is not limited to) color work and cover-ups at Black Sparrow Tattoo Studio. With over 20 years in the industry, there's not much this guy can't handle.
